How long do you recommend coming to see you for?

I always recommend three hours for this first session however it can be condensed into one or two hours.  Subsequently if there is only one particular therapy you would like to try this can be arranged. I strongly recommend not missing any parts, as it is the unique combination of everything which makes these sessions so powerful. 

What happens at the end of the session?

Once the session has finished we have a drink and a chat about how you are feeling, taking your time to readjust before you leave.  I am always available if you need to talk to me or have any questions once you have left too.

How often should I come and see you?

Some people find that seeing me once is all they need which is fantastic.  Others see me on an ad-hoc basis as and when issues arise or if they are just in need of some R&R.  I also have clients who see me weekly – it all depends on the individual. We work together to come up with a plan that is most beneficial to you. 

What should I wear to session?

You should wear lose fitting clothes you are able to move in.

Why do you take payment up front?

I take payment up front or a deposit as this secures your session time.

Are you insured?

Yes I am insured for yoga, massage, reiki and complementary therapies

Can I see your qualifications?

Of course you are more than welcome to see my certificates when you visit me or I can send you a copy of them once you have booked a session.

What happens if I have booked a session and then can't make it or need to cancel?

If you give me more than 48 hours notice you will receive a refund or you can reschedule the booking. If notice is less than 24 hours you have the option to reschedule but you will not receive a refund. Deposits are non refundable.
